This LP is probably the most interesting in all Jackie Chan’s soundtracks. “Battle Creek Brawl” or “The Big Brawl” is Chan’s first US-made movie and what a way to kick off a career. With the help of Lalo Schifrin, the producers of “Enter the Dragon” felt the need for another round of great music to fuel Chan’s young talent on screen. The result is excellent, jazz and funk, with the trademark use of double bass, muted trumpet and flute. The main whistled theme is also great and as in most Japanese pressings, dialogs and sound effects are present to give you the best listening experience ever.
